Mr. Eltal is a distinguished Jordanian lawyer, holding an LL.B from Yarmouk University (1996) and an LL.M in Commercial Law from Macquarie University, Australia (2002).

Admitted to the Jordanian Bar in 1997, Yazan has built an impressive career advising local and international clients on a wide range of legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, joint ventures, commercial agreements, corporate establishment, agency law, e-commerce, and electronic transactions.

Fluent in both Arabic and English, Mr. Eltal is well-versed in the legislations of the MENA and Arab Gulf regions. His expertise is further highlighted by his experience as General Counsel, and as a Managing Lawyer at a leading law firm in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, demonstrating his deep understanding of the regional legal complexities.
